The radiator water pipe plays an important role in the cooling performance of the engine cooling system, and the position of the water pipe in the engine nacelle is also very important,
which will affect the service life of the water pipe and the performance of the cooling system. From the aspects of water pipe structure, water pipe arrangement requirement and water pipe design method,
and considering the movement of engine and other parts, this paper systematically expounds the matters needing attention in the water pipe design process,
which provides a reference for the water pipe design of subsequent models.
